SEMPO Institute requires that all those who take part in our courses accept the following terms and conditions.
Lessons, assignments, work, and correspondence are copyrighted property and cannot be copied, duplicated,
posted on another web site, or otherwise used without the consent of SEMPO (or, in limited cases, by a different copyright owner).
All such material represents valuable property, and SEMPO will assert its ownership rights against infringers.
Conversations, posted messages, and information contained on the Learning Management System are the property of their authors, and are private.
No such material may be copied, duplicated, forwarded, or conveyed outside of the SEMPO Institute without the original author's permission.
Companies or SEMPO Members who enroll employees may request and receive reports regarding the SEMPO Institute lessons, assignments, work,
and correspondence of their company employee in such detail and format as SEMPO may from time to time make such data available.
By enrolling in our distance learning courses or being enrolled by your employer, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
